About Us
Crete Constructions is the continuation of a Dutch building enterprise. For the last 15 years, we have been very successful in the Province of North-Holland, north of Amsterdam, around the typical towns of Monnickendam, Edam, Volendam, Broek in Waterland and Purmerend.
After increasing restrictions with regard to permissionsfor private building initiatives and also out of lot scarcity, our company has decided to widen its horizons.
We found Crete to be the ideal place for continuation of our business, as it offers vastly increased possibilities for all parties. Meanwhile we are already 12 years based in Analipsi, Crete.
All Dutch licensing, documentation and permits etc. have been translated and transferred into EU documentation and have been registered in Crete. In doing so, at present and in the future, our company is one of the very few in Crete that is in possession of all necessary documentation.
Furthermore, our great experience in the Netherlands, with regard to planning, organization and client service is at your disposal. We can offer you advice and services in your own language.
